Depending on location, your clients’ fun and relaxing stay will include spacious villa accommodations with fully equipped kitchens (or kitchenettes, depending on room type at certain resorts), dining room seating, separate living rooms with pullout sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, and always complimentary Wi-Fi and parking!
Resort amenities can vary based on destination, whether the resort offers beachfront, mountain or lakeside views. But one things for sure - your clients will be sure to enjoy outdoor pools, onsite golf course or nearby options, a complimentary fitness center, scheduled activities and family game room, convenience store and gift shop, sports courts, BBQ grills and much more!

- Each resort has a complimentary business center with 2 PC’s for guests to use
- Business centers include printers, scanners, fax machines and copiers (check for specific location for details)

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Specific Policies
There is no additional charge for children staying in the same room with parent(s).
Pets are not allowed at any Holiday Inn Club Vacations resorts. Guests found with pets will be asked to remove them immediately and will be charged a reasonable fee of $250.00 USD for cleaning and sanitizing the entire unit and any damage caused by the pet.
Service animals are allowed.
Within the United States: All hotels are committed to complying with local requirements and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regarding facilities for individuals with disabilities.
Outside the United States: All hotels are committed to complying with local requirements regarding facilities for individuals with disabilities.

Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) - 72 hours in before your scheduled arrival date, will result in no charge (based on rate type booked). Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) within 72 hours of your check-in date, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Please review the cancellation policies at time of booking (some rate categories will result in forfeiture of deposit if reservation is cancelled at any time or failing to arrive).
Reservation Guarantees may be guaranteed by providing an acceptable credit card, so please check the hotel guarantee information. Please check individual hotel policy regarding cancellation policies. In the case of a no-show or a failure to cancel within the time limit specified by the rate rules, the hotel will charge the credit card for one or more nights depending on the cancellation policy in place at the time of the booking.
A deposit for one or more night(s) is due at time of booking, depending on rate category booked. Please review the rate rules at time of booking.
Depending on the rate type, if a reservation has been guaranteed by a deposit or prepayment, a full refund will be made if the reservation is cancelled prior to the cancellation policy per the hotel's policy for that booking. Please always remember to check the specific rate rules and the individual hotel policy regarding cancellation policies. A refund amount, if applicable, will be sent to the party who made the deposit or prepayment.
Most major credit cards are accepted for payment. Please review the hotel's payment information.
Some hotels quote rates in a currency that is different from the hotel's local currency. Payment at these hotels is required at the local currency rate, so fluctuation is likely to occur. Further fluctuation may result from exchange rates used by credit card companies when billing cardholders.
